A recognised no-code Significant PostgreSQL Contributor, supporting the project through community building, advocacy, and organisational work. I write about PostgreSQL, open source, and the less visible work that keeps both running — from contributor journeys to community governance. I believe in showing up, working collaboratively, and making space for others to grow. Expect stories, reflections, and practical guides around the PostgreSQL project — from the inside out.

My involvement in PostgreSQL

I've been involved in PostgreSQL since 2016. Served as Chair of the User Group Committee at PgUS, was involved in PostgreSQL Europe Diversity Task Force/Committee and currently serve as a member of Postgres Funds group. I have been co-organising PGConf.EU since 2024 and supported other community conferences — including pgDay Paris and PostgreSQL Conference Germany — in various roles.

I’m also a co-founding member of the Open Alliance for Postgres Education.

My Day Job

I’m Director of Marketing, Community, and Communications at Data Egret, a consultancy specialising in PostgreSQL database administration services.
